This multi-layer quality system includes raw material verification, in-process testing, and real-world performance validation. Parameters such as particle size distribution, chemical purity, thermal behavior, green strength, and fired strength are continuously monitored to eliminate variability and minimize casting defects.
Complementing this approach is Certus’ proprietary BLAST AWAY® Technology, developed to improve post-casting efficiency. Incorporated into selected investment formulations, this technology allows the fired investment to break down more effectively during quenching and cleaning. As a result, cast trees, blind holes, and delicate details are cleaned faster and more completely-significantly reducing labor time, finishing costs, and overall production downtime.
